F&M Mobile Deposit
How to Submit a Mobile Deposit
- Endorse the back of the check and write "For Mobile Deposit Only, Farmers & Merchants State Bank".
- Log in to F&M Mobile Banking and select Deposit
- Choose your deposit account and enter the check amount
- Center the check within the capture window and take a photo
- Repeat for the back of the check
- If rejected, retake and resubmit the photos
- A green check mark is confirmation of upload
F&M Mobile Deposit Limits
- $5,000 item limit
- $5,000 daily limit
- Other limits may apply
Non-Eligible Checks
- Two party checks
- Checks made payable to non-account owners (even if endorsed over to you)
- Demand drafts or remotely created checks (i.e. checks lacking the original signature of the person authorizing the check)
- Substitute checks (i.e. paper checks created from an electronic image)
- Altered checks
- Previously returned checks
- Postdated checks
- Stale dated checks older than six months
- Foreign checks
- Checks you suspect may be fraudulent

How to Sign Up for Notifi-Account Alerts
- Log in to your F&M Online Banking
- Navigate to the Alerts tab
- Select your preferred alert method (text or email)
- Choose the alerts and accounts you want to monitor
- Click Save to activate your settings

Electronic Statements
How to Enroll and Access E-Statements
1. To enroll in e-statements- Log in to F&M Online Banking
- Click Profile
- Choose Electronic Statements
- Click Enroll
- Accept the terms and conditions
- Log in to F&M Online Banking (e-statements are not available in the mobile app)
- Select your account
- Click the Documents tab
- Choose E-Statements and select your date range
- Click Submit and select the statement to view or download

Bill Pay is an electronic payment system which permits you to initiate and authorize payments from your accounts to payees.
